Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipments to Spain (4-7 working days) / 8 euros.
Shipments to Europe (6-10 working days) / 14 euros.
International shipments (12-17 working days) / 20 euros.
The shipping periods can be modified due to lack of stock of the selected product.
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If you change your mind or the product you have received is not as expected, please contact us before returning the product.
The costs of the return will be borne by you unless you agree otherwise with us. Please note that exceptions may apply to returns of personalized, hygiene or other products.

Instructions for returning items
If you want to make a return, please send us an email including your name, address, email, the order number and a specification of which items you want to return.
Send the items you want to return within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of notification.
You are responsible for any damage suffered by the products during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box or packaging.
If possible, provide a return shipment tracking number.
If the shipment of a returned item is international, please mark the item as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs taxes. We are not responsible for any customs tax applied on return packages.
Unless otherwise stated, the refund will be processed through the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase. If the product or the packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation from the value of the product when making the refund.
